1. Spent the day at Hunstanton beach walking off last night's excesses. Turns out there was an expected high tide so all the tidal defenses had been closed. We left an hour or so before its peak and the sea spray was already coming over the walls. My poor camera timing skills dont do it justice

2. Saw that Chelsea and Enzo Maresca have parted ways. It had all been a bit worryingly normal at Chelsea for a little to long, so delighted to see them burning everything to the ground for no reason again

3. Downloaded the RankedNews app and have been playing around with it. Very new and very in beta, but a different way to consume news in place of Google News. I will at some point write about my efforts to avoid being stuck in an echo chamber in terms of my consumption of news and media, but I had a sore head this morning and couldn't be bothered
