I havent written anything for a little while - life has been awful. Today has been the first day I've felt like I've had things together enough to write anything

1. Picked up my bass and played for 45mins today. I've not felt mentally up for doing something I enjoy for a while, and even after a short session my fingers look like they've gone through a cheese grater, but it did make me feel happier

2. The good thing about unmanageable stress levels is that its helping with the weight loss goal for the year

3. Went for a long walk this evening and listened to the Arsenal Chelsea match. Always nice to get a win, and always nice to see Gyokeres on the scoresheet
