1. Sat for a quiet hour today and read a book. Reading makes me feel calmer and happier, but I so rarely get the time and space to sit and enjoy it without worrying about something else

2. Had pizza for dinner. I haven't had pizza in months, and it was a really good one too

3. Have been learning about the Norfolk Seaweed company and their work restoring oyster farms on the Norfolk coast. We often take a trip to the seaside near where they're based, so will keep an eye out for them next time we're there
