1 -I disassembled, cleaned all the dust out of, and then successfully reassembled the xbox. I am very please and relieved with myself

3 - Have been struggling for the past few months with ankle and then knee pain, so this was the first time in ages that I managed t go for a run. Not even worth tracking as it was only for a few minutes, it felt very strange but its done now and gives me something to beat next time
