1- There's currently a radio advert for ai that will answer the phone and take bookings at your restaurant for you, and it just makes me furious with questions. Why do you want your customers first experience and interaction to be demonstrably poorer? What guarantees do I as a customer have in the event that your ai makes a mistake? What other compromises are you happily making in the pursuit of saving money? If I rang up to book a table at a restaurant (which I still do as I am old) and found myself talking to an ai agent, I would assume the food will be microwaved and hang up

2- Arsenal vs Liverpool today, and very enjoyable to hear the pundits frothing with rage at an arsenal win. Very good fun indeed

3- Still not fully out from being ill for the past two weeks, and just dont feel well enough to go for a run. Went for an evening walk instead and listened to the grand prix
